Terms of Use

Waveroft is a developer platform that abstracts the WhatsApp connection behind a single provider interface, and includes a REST API, SDK, signed webhooks, a per-tenant configurable AI agent, inbox and workflows.

The service is currently offered in beta. Features, limits and pricing may change while the beta lasts.

Access during the beta is granted in a controlled manner. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and API keys confidential, and for all activity carried out with them.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or keys.

Waveroft can connect to WhatsApp through two providers: Meta's official Cloud API (recommended for production) and Baileys (WhatsApp Web, unofficial).

Baileys is not affiliated with Meta or WhatsApp and its use may breach Meta's Terms. It is offered for development and personal use only. Using any provider also means accepting that provider's terms (including Meta's when you use the Cloud API).

You agree not to use Waveroft to send spam, unsolicited messages, illegal, fraudulent or deceptive content, or anything that infringes third-party rights or applicable data and communications law.

You are responsible for obtaining the consent of your message recipients and for complying with WhatsApp/Meta messaging policies.

Attempting to breach the platform's security, access other tenants' data, or interfere with the service is prohibited.

Meta Cloud API costs (conversations, templates) and the costs of any AI providers you configure (e.g. OpenAI or Anthropic) are your responsibility and governed by each provider's terms and rates.

Waveroft does not apply a markup on those costs: you pay them directly to the provider with your own credentials.

You retain ownership of the data and content you send or process through the service. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service.

Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

During the beta the service is provided "as is", without warranties of availability, continuity or freedom from errors. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features with reasonable notice where possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LACA-SOFT shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, nor for loss of data, revenue or profits arising from the use of or inability to use the service.

We may update these Terms. We will publish the current version on this page with its update date. Continued use of the service after a change means acceptance of the new version.
